‘Breakthrough Of The Year’ winner at Third Sector Awards
12 September 2025We're thrilled to announce that Hair & Care has been named ‘Breakthrough Of The Year’ at the prestigious Third Sector Awards, recognising our innovative work to promote accessibility and inclusion in the fashion industry.
The award celebrates Hair & Care’s Making Fashion Accessible initiative, which last year featured Lucy Edwards as the first blind model to walk the runway at Copenhagen Fashion Week. The project aims to make fashion more inclusive for the blind and visually impaired community, breaking down barriers across the sector.
The Third Sector Awards highlight outstanding contributions by charities, social enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations that transform lives. Hair & Care was selected among a field of inspiring finalists, underscoring the impact of its work in driving change and innovation.
